Why do I get (and how can I avoid) side aches?
I work out every day. I usually spend about 35-45 minutes on the elliptical, and then finish up the hour weight training. Twice each week I go to Group Fitness classes. I ONLY get side-aches in the classes, never just working out on my own. The classes are choreographed cardio, so they are highly dance/aerobic based. I used to be a ballet soloist, so choreography is not new to me. Any ideas why I’m getting the side aches? Is there something I can do to avoid getting them? They are awful!! Should I drink more/ less water? Not eat/eat more? I try to breathe really deep, but that doesn’t seem to help!
You should probably get a checkup.
