I play rugby on Saturdays, train once a week and play quite a decent level of tennis, i also run occasionally. I wanna get proper fit and lean. Whats the best way? Im looking for a low impact regime? maybe a rowing machine? Is there anywhere i can download a fitness programme including diet? thanks.
Low impact, walking a brisk pace an hour a day has been unbeatable for me in tandem w/ a high protein/low carb based approach. And of course HUGE volumes of water.
I’m 13 now going into the under 14′s rugby team next season around March 2009. Ive been reading a book written from the former Australian Captain and World Cup captain John Eales. Its a book for Junior rugby players like me. In the book it has a chapter on fitness and a chapter on how its pays to be strong. It does give you some guidelines to becoming fit like running and increasing distance over time and for the strength going to the gym and doing low intensity weights at a gym. Well 1. the gym is two expensive for me and 2. It doesn’t't tell me what Weight excersises should do, but i sersuppose all have different body shapes and it would be hard do a program for everyone reading the book so ive attached a photo of my body shape.

well if your in high school like me then join cross country and track for leg strength and for upper body strength do weight lifting class.i do as many push ups and sit ups a night before i sleep try that to

How can I prepare and What should I study over summer to be ahead of the game in college?Read my career below?
Im a High school Senior and Im going to school to become a Fitness Instructor. What should I be studying over the Summer, so that I can be ahead of the game when it comes time to go to college. Right now ive started studying The entire anatomy of the human body and all its functions on my own, and I plan on Studying ever type of training and excersice, But is there any thing else specifical that I should be Studying.
Molecular Biology, Physiology, Pathophys, Organic Chemistry…the list goes on. If you really want to be ahead of the game, take summer classes.
