How do you get all of your proper vitamins and nutrients if you only eat certain foods and you don’t eat meats?
like what kind of meat, etc
besides raw meat or w/e what else are we allowed to eat?
So it’s official. Price per pound, it’s way cheaper to go the raw food diet than buying the quality dry cat food. So that’s what we’re doing.
My cats already eat it as a treat, but they make a HUGE mess dragging it around. How can I keep things clean and easy to pick up?
And I have four of them, one of them has aggression issues and another guards his food (canned and raw, dry he doesn’t care). Besides feeding them in different rooms, how can I keep all 4 happily eating their own?
if you do think its good, do you know of any simple and fast recipes?
I’m doing some research on the subject and would love to have input. Recipes, experiences, rants… whatever!

I attempted it last year but stopped after getting very sick after 6 weeks into it and I was never sure if it was because of the diet itself.
I’m thinking about switching my chihuahua to raw diet. She’s eating Royal Canin right now. I was also wondering, how do i exactly switch her diet? If i just feed her raw food, she’s only gonna eat that and not her kibbles. I’ll be putting in canned pumpkin into her food to help with the transition, but what else can i do?

I was thinking of trying it (for health, not weight loss). My only concern is that it might be a tad bit expensive. I might have to buy things like a juicer and a dehydrator.
i have been eating on the raw food diet and i was wondering if i put brown rice in a bowl with cold/room temp water and the rice becomes soft …. is it still raw?

hi, im going on holiday in two weeks and want to look my best in my bikini, lol. im looking for some help for training and eating healthy, i dont care if the training is tough and will eat anything to get my tummy away. im 15, 5 ft more or less and weigh about 6 to 7 and a half stone. i dont know exactly my scales dont work. everybody has commented on my figure in the past few months but i have gained weight and would like to get back to my nice trim figure again. even if i have to train through my holiday. please help xxxx
For a good exercise routine, you need to have the following 3 elements: flexibility, cardio and strength training. Most people ignore flexibility and a lot of people ignore strength training and cardio. If you only focus on one of the three elements, you won’t have a well rounded routine and you won’t receive all of the health benefits associated with each of them. Start off slow. Your first few weeks you should exercise 2 or 3 times. Over time as your body becomes more accustomed to exercise, increase it to 3 or 4 and even 5 times per week. I am just getting into the raw food diet.
I read several books and just realized that it is veganism also.
I would like to know if yogurt is okay to eat. i want to keep eating it if it is okay. I make my own yogurt with organic milk which is non-raw. I read some non-raw food is okay to eat since the benefit of eating it is greater than not eating it.
