A good diet to live off of?
I was wondering what would be a good diet, im about 5ft 4′ and weight around I think… 120-125 pounds… what is a good healthy diet of food to make me stay in good shape and get some of that belly fat off, im also a vegetarian and maybe a few good excises to do also .. Thanks!

There’s really no diet per say that’s good to live off of forever. Basically as a vegetarian, eating mostly fruits and vegetables with protein from tofu, tempeh, seitan, and beans. get good fats from nuts, avocado, olives, etc. Eating mostly plant based foods as part of your diet kind of falls into the Volumetrics Diet Plan (if i had to pick a diet for you), which basically centers on eating a large volume of nutrient-dense food.
I’ve always thought the best things you can do for your body to stay lean is to run. Along with weight training, it’ll keep you in such good shape. You’ll have more endurance and get some sweet leg tonage.
Diets are BAD, face it.
Just eat a lot of veggies and fruits. If you do that, AND work out, you can eat chocolate without feeling conscious :)
