Can I eat to much fruit if i'm on a raw food diet?
I know fruit has a lot of sugar so I’m just wondering is it possiable to eat too much of it? What if I stay within my caloric intake and have more then 4 servings?

You can actually. The sugar levels in fruit can be deceiving. If you aren’t a big fan of veggies, try to juice them. It’s easier to get them down than chewing them all and you’ll get your daily recommended dose.
why would you want to go on a raw food diet? that’s crazy ..as your body will be lacking all the nutrients/protien etc…you can then become sick*
you won’t really lose weight and if you do, it will be put right back on as soon as you start to eat again*
if you’re looking to lose weight, ……you basically need to be eating all the food groups (grains,fruit/veggys,protien,dairy and lots of water along with exercise*) that way it’s a healthy lifestyle change and the weight will stay off…………..by eating just ‘raw foods/ OR fruits……….your body will put the weight right back on when u start to eat again*
if ur gonna ‘diet’ do it the right way* and i hate that word ‘diet lol*….make a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE and u’ll lose the weight and it will stay off for good*:) g/luck*
It`s difficult to eat `too much fruit` – but bear in mind you might get the runs.
