Can one live on a raw food diet if you can’t eat nuts?
Due to allergies.
How could one modify the raw diet so it would work despite a nut allergies?

i love almondsss !!! !!!!!!!!!!
but sometime i eat raw food but not always–
I know there was a talk on http://goneraw.com about raw vegans wanting to minimize or even eliminate their consumption of nuts. The reason was because many nuts (such as almonds) may claim to be raw on the package, but were actually exposed to heat. I still eat nuts however, as I know which companies sell nuts that are really raw. Aside from the nuts, a raw diet will include vegetables, fruits, seeds, algae, cold-pressed oils, superfoods, sprouted grains and legumes.
Just eat beans instead of nuts. You NEED SOME SORT OF LEGUMES IN YOUR DIET
well nuts is just one way to get protein there are other foods besides nuts that provide nutirents + give protein.
YES you can. Though you will not be able to make some of the "fancy" desserts in the uncook books.
Instead of nuts & seeds as your fat sources Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil(Not a nut) & Avocados.
I rarely make those things any way. I keep my diet full of fresh foods, nice & light.
