can you eat bagged nuts on the raw food diet?
like, planters? i didn’t buy anything with chocolate in it and i checked the ingredients…if you cant eat these, where do you buy unprocessed nuts?

Planters nuts will be cooked.
Natural Grocery stores like Whole Foods have raw nuts in bulk, and in bags.
Large grocery stores (like HEB) will have raw nuts (usually they will say "Natural") in the produce section.
get shelled nuts….. like peacans, or peanuts, almonds, etc. go to like a produce place usually they will have a big been with a shovle and they are nice and fresh!
Those are roasted. You can purchase raw almonds at Trader Joe’s if you have one, or a Whole Food store.
