You can read about the diet, here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raw_foodism

One of the biggest hurdles in the raw food diet is that you can't cook anything. I interpret it to mean that the only ways you could eat meat was if it were dehydrated (like jerky), or just eaten raw. I suppose that eliminates chicken and beef because of their health scares when they're raw. But I guess you could eat fish and stuff raw.

Going on diet is no good to your health.......and it is easy to regain weight afterwards......

if u want to lose weight, i am using a protein shake which contain essential vitamins & minerals. it is much healthier than raw food diet. It helped me lose 10 pound in 1 month! And i can wear my bikini this summer~ so happy^^

grilled meat is definetly not a part of the raw food diet.. If you are really interested you are going to have to give that up..

raw means not cooked, so any type of food that you enjoy now cooked would not be part of the raw foods diet. In terms of dairy your choices are limited to raw (un-pasteurized) milk, and cottage cheese, butter, cheeses that are made from raw milk. Meat and fish, if you want to consume it has to be uncooked as well.
