Detox Diet Vegetarian

I’m a vegetarian considering going on a detox diet and i don’t want to become anemic.?
The diet that i’m looking at is mostly made up of fruits, vegetables, rice, beans and lentils.
what foods can help me to get enough iron during this two week period? Do some fruits and veggies have more iron than others?Thank you
my sister was anemic but is now recovering just keep supplementing most fruits and veggies have some iron in them and just check labels for the vitamin precentage if there is a lot of iron buy it cereals have a tendancy to have iron
