Detox Diet With Fruit

Effective Detox Diet?
I am trying to lose some quick pounds, and I know this one detox diet where you only eat fruits and vegetables for one week. Day One-Fruits only Day Two-Veges only Day 3-Both Day 4- bananas and milk only etc. I was wondering with exercise, will I be able to lose a good amount of weight like this for a week, and then continue with a healthy diet and exercise? Thanks
I wanted to try that before, but it was always very hard for me to not eat grains or meat.
If you try this, be careful not to deprive yourself, because you won’t be able to exercise as well as you would if you ate normally.
You may lose a pound extra, but I wouldn’t say its a miracle diet or anything. Tell me how it works out for you!
