Since raw foodist are getting more nutrition by eating food the natural way does their hair grow faster and is it thicker and more healthier ? (assuming they don't stick everyday chemicals in their hair)

No – mine grows thinner and less healthy and more slowly…but it is softer and a lighter colour. Hair is mostly protein and most raw foodists eat a low protein diet. So while you do get enough protein to be healthy, its not ideal for hair. On the other hand Anne Wigmore (a Living Foodist) who drank copious amount of wheatgrass juice every day (at least 8 glasses, usually more) plus her energy soup (sunflower greens blended with sprouted beans, greens, seaweed and rejuvelac) reversed her gray hair to really dark black – and it was tested in a lab to prove she hadn't died it.
So Raw food (so long as you're getting enough greens) is good for hair colour, but not in my experience for strength or length and definately not for thickness.
That gray hair reversal is pretty amazing!
