Does the raw food diet, give you bathroom emergncy?
I dont mean to be gross and such, but i am thinking of starting the raw food diet. BUt I am a litttle scared because I dont work an avarage office job with a bathroom. I work on scean outdoors with no restroom for hours.

When your body is functioning well you will have at least one and perhaps two bowel movements every day. These will most likely occur at around the same time every day, so there shouldn’t be any emergencies once you find your pattern.
Some people have sensitivities to certain foods that can disrupt the routine. If you have foul smelling stool, then chances are you have eaten something your body isn’t okay with. It shouldn’t take long to figure out what it is, just avoid the suspect food for a few days and see if it gets better. There are natural treatments to eliminate these sensitivities.
The idea of a raw food diet may be romantic, but it will be really hard to do. Consider juicing, which will give you better absorption of the nutrients from the raw foods.

yes, especially broccoli………………just incorporate it into your diet to start ~ gradually ~ slowly, and you should be fine.
initially your stomach may give u trouble but it might settle down in due course
