Does this meal plan sound healthy?
I am a 19 year old female. I want to lose 10 pounds. I went low-carbing for 2 months and I think it did more harm than good.
breakfast:
broccoli omelet
coffee
yogurt
lunch:
handful of almonds
veggie burger – no bun
tea
dinner:
steamed vegetables
black beans
dessert:
dove chocolate square
?????

Don’t drink the coffee, or any caffeinated drinks they are NOT healthy and suppress your hunger. Don’t eat to less you need to have a balanced diet…..i never have dessert but i guess if you have to it would be better to have a fruit parfait. Make sure you get the right amount of protein so the almonds are good. That doesn’t seem like a very big dinner You should look up online raw food diet recipes, or learn about the raw food diet its really healthy and most people if they stick o it feel way better and lose weight ^^ hope this helped a little =D
knock the coffee, it supresses your hunger which is bad.
to lose weight you have to eat.
eat normally.
stop eating junk food.
i use to be chubby when i was younger and when i hit 16 i said the hell with it and just stopped eating junk food. i’m 17 now, and i have a six pack. work out and eat healthy
