HELP! I have recently quit my excercise source, and i need tips on training.?
The Rowing season’s finally ended, now my main source of excercise has ended. how dissapointing. now i’m going to get unfit
BUT
I recently acquired a new gym pass to fitness first in australia.
I want to practise more of the “huffnpuff” way. as in nothing very peaceful like yoga! So in technical terms, cardiovascular…. e.g. running, ergometers etc.
Also, My mind/will power isn’t very strong so i am likely to stop and start in sprints on the treadmill. I want something that makes me build up not like BOOM but more like a gradual improvement in fitness.
My dear girl ,if you do really LOves Exercise on whatever kind of weather it is ,it will not hinder you .As an avid exercicers i never doubt in weather as long as there is gym thats matter me MOst. AS i love to Challenge my body and no rest or weather is an excuse. My Goal will will be 42km run by end of year ,have you any goal? Think ? =}
