Has anyone ever tried a raw food diet?
Did you have any luck with it? Did you lose weight? Did you go 100% raw? Were you starving all the time?

It’s extremely strict, making it nearly impossible for anyone who isn’t famous, and it’s extremely low in vital nutrients so supplements are necessary. I don’t think it’s worth it.
Nope, but I know people who have and they say it was horrible…
I know people who TRIED it, they didn’t last very long.
Raw food gives you food posioning. If you want to go on a diet, eat a big breackfeast and big dinner. And you can always eat normally.
I never thought of a raw food diet. Try natural foods like vegetables and fruits without additives and preservatives. Drink 64 oz. water daily, also. Bake or grill lean meats, chicken, shrimp, fish if you like those. Our bodies are so used to processed foods. I have tried natural but it don’t last long became I don’t feel full but I think is because I am used to the processed foods. Imagine the weight we can lose if we stopped eating processed and restaurant foods. I understand what you are going through.
yeh its realy hard to not eat hot food lik chiken in the end i had to go doctor because i kept gettin sick and he sed if u lik meat cooked and all that stuff u have to eat it because ur body takes a big hit so u have to take it slow
okay its not raw meat itz raw vegatables and things like that that arent cooked. Never eat raw meatz lotz of deadly bacteria. But yes it does work and VERY healthy for you. Because once you cook ur food the good stuff is no longer in it. So eating it raw is when itz the best for you… if ur not use to it or just starting out it might be a bit overwhelming but once u get use to it itz a way of life..

It doesn’t work. people just brag for no reason. raw food can cause food poisoning and is bad. A raw food diet doesn’t help you lose weight only gives you food poisoning. Don’t do it!
eating raw vegetables is healthier than cooked ones because cooking destroys a lot of the nutritional value of the food (high temperatures denature the enzymes). However you shouldnt eat raw meat or youll get food poisoning.
