Have others read now how eating a lot of meat & fat actually is better for you?
Some of my leading sites for healthy eating are swinging away from vegetarian, soya
products, saying that eating meat and fat give more energy, more immunity and so
on. Anyone up on this stuff? I do have inflammation and am tired a lot.

Suddenly, out of the blue,.. they started proclaiming that Meat and Carbs are Good for you o.0
.. and I thought.. " Wow, now we know human diets cycle completely once every 60 years!"
I also thought, " Well,.. I’m good then.. that’s my entire diet. Which, test has been proving I have been better with this ‘ eat what I want to instead of what crazy people say to eat’ non-diet then when I was a vegatarian.. and my Colestoral makes no sense according to paranoia"
But,.. yes,.. honestly.. your brain is mostly fat.. it’s Fat and Water. If you manage to cut out all fat you have a chance to go brain dead. Not " Oh don’t be stupid, are you brain dead or what" but that’s what happened to Terri Shivo. Fat is needed for everything to work, too. Your body repairs, your blood, growth…
The problem is you need natural fat. Right now everyone is eatting processed fat. So meat and fruit [& nuts, how can I forget the nuts] is where you need to get your fat, not salad dressing, cheese, and big macs.
Then on top of everything there’s the reduced fat, reduced sugar, fat free, and sugar free nightmares people are eatting.
On top of that still people have corn in everything. Predatory and Social Animals are allergic to corn. Humans fall into that category. Just like dogs, each human’s allergies and tolerence vary. I remember when they were experimenting with fuel made from corn, some people died. The vapor produced was natural.. but caused alot of health problems and some people died. It turned out Soy was safer, of all things.
total nonsense diet scam
most important thing is to do this naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..
eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .
if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.
go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.
if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose at least 10 pounds per month until you get to your natural healthy weight..dont know what your height is,,but look up on the internet what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.
10 pounds each month in 6 months you should lose 60 pounds..for sure…but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed…
btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.
drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn weight faster…you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well.
good luck
It’s not true, just look at the American’s, they eat the most meat products, and they have problems with obesity, heart problems, and cancer, then check out Shri Lanka, and Thailand, they are Buddist’s and a lot are vegetarians, they have very low obesity and heart problems, and the lowest cancer rates in the world, eat spicy veg with lots and lots of coconut products.
Just make sure that you’re buying the very best and the meat was handled and raised properly from early youth or you’ll just have to deal with the big "C" (cancer) problem for all that tainted and hormone fed animals later.
It’s finally swinging back to the diet eaten by man from the beginning of time. They finally have conceded that "artery clogging saturated fat" was a myth. Now they find out fat in the blood stream is created by carbs. Even I was shocked by that. I believe saturated fat is healing & regenerative. Not man made chemically altered hydrogenated oils (trans fats) & not fats from carb fed animals but fats from grass fed animals, butter & coconut oil.
HALF of all the antibiotics produced in the US go to cattle. This is necessary so the cattle at the prime of their lives don’t die in the few WEEKS til slaughter. In typical commercial beef production, steers are fed a 90-100-percent grain diet for several WEEKS to nearly double their weight. Without pumping them with antibiotics, the cattle wouldn’t survive. They do even worse than humans with grains, it takes us years to degenerate as badly.
For optimal health, I advocate a low carb way of eating. As long as you have <9grams carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control, which will balance hormones & allow your body to function properly. You shouldn’t gain weight, no matter the calories, because insulin (the ONLY fat storage hormone) isn’t activated.
I personally believe in using fat as fuel instead of carbohydrates. Fat is totally benign in the absence of insulin. There aren’t enough calories in vegetables & fruits to fuel the body, if you get enough calories from carbs to fuel the body, then you maintain an almost constant high insulin level with roller coaster blood glucose levels. I recommend fats from butter, coconut, olives, nuts, fish & meats, sunflower seeds, chia seeds & flax seeds.
When you restrict higher carb, lower nutrition foods, it becomes much easier to greatly increase vegetables in your diet. Change your mindset just adapt it to low carb -
replace bread with lettuce
replace pasta with cabbage
replace rice with cauliflower
replace potatoes with brocolli
Carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice, beans) trigger insulin (the fat storage hormone). Protein triggers the fat burning hormone glucagon.
High carb levels trigger insulin which unbalance other hormones, promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones and allow sex hormones (testosterone in men) & human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle will be gained even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase muscle mass with high HGH levels.
Highly nutritious foods you should consider: sprouts, spirulina, paprika, turnip greens, mustard greens, kale, garlic, brewers yeast, raw almonds, ground flax seeds & chia seeds.
