OH that is way too much!!!! YOU might need to see a doctor. I am worried you might become obese with this diet and develop type 2 diabetes. I am being sarcastic if you can’t tell
That is a Healthy diet. But it does not provide what your body needs daily. Dont Be Afraid to eat. You can eat good foods and not have to worry about the Calorie count.
Good foods you have.
Add These though.
Oatmeal
Peanut butter
Cottage Cheese
Grapes
Milk 2% – Unless your Lactose intolrerant
Soy Milk
Cheese
Wheat Bread
Banana
You already eat healthy. Add these in there, And you will not have to worry about a thing.
This does not seem to be a sustainable diet for the long term. Where is the protein? Are you a vegetarian? Add a can of tuna to that couscous. I stay away from fat free anything, add a bit of fat and your food will be more satisfying. Maybe add some unsalted nuts to your plan? Great job with the fresh fruits and vegetables though. I actually think your calories are too low. I am 5’8" tall, 115 pounds, and I eat a lot more than that, and I have a low thyroid.** (I take meds too-levothyroxine 100mcg).
THAT IS EXTREMELY HEALTHY! Wow! I don’t even eat that healthy and im a whole-foods healthy freak! That is a very good diet! You gets tons of exersize and lots of protein and fruits. Remember, if you ever feel hungry, do not starve yourself. Eat an apple or a power bar or even a bannana w/ a cup of skim milk. Because you are probably burning a lot of calories, you might lose some weight, and if you feel hungry, do not starve yourself because you are already eating great
Plz add some real fruits to your diet and bring your calories to 1800 to 2000 you need them and a glass of milk in breakfast is also a good idea if you consider.
