How can a do a detox diet at home by myself?
Anyone who had done a detox diet, tell me about it. Did you notice changes?

if you eliminate all processed foods and simply eat fresh, preferably organic, fruits, veggies, and meat/eggs then your body will restore to its default settings(so to speak) and you will start cleansing.
deeper cleansing involves abstaining from solid food and drinking only fresh organic juice(you would need your own juicer for this). remember: 1 glass of fruit for every 2 glasses of veggie juice.
the deepest would be fasting from all calories. you would eat nothing and drink only water. 1 cup of purified for every 3 cups of distilled.
if you cleanse in this order i would do the natural food diet for 3-4 weeks. then juice cleanse for 3-4 days. return to your natural food diet for another 6 weeks. then water fast for 3-4 days.
if you do this you will feel awesome, lose weight, and look the best you ever have.

This will most likely put you in starvation mode and ultimately put more weight on in the long run.
It’s all about calories. Juicing is not the answer. because you can consume too many calories by juicing.
