How do I change my diet?
I’m trying to change my diet to something healthier (Fit for Life program) except I live with my family and they eat A LOT of junk food. I’m finding it hard to stick to it when they are constantly buying junk food. I have tried talking to them about this but they don’t listen, nor care. Any tips that can help me stay away from the foods they buy?

Substitute-
*Sugar- Sucralose, Fructose… they’re zero calories (brands like Splenda and Sweet n’ low)
*Chips- Baked, fat free(watch out- because the calories might be higher- but pringles fat free is really good!)
*Ice Cream-Fat free or Skinny Cow brand
*Cheese-2% milk
*Chicken-always breasts
*Milk-fat free or 2%
you have all of the substitutes… you just need to buy them..
you can have the food you want- just in a healthier form :) It doesn’t taste as good- fasho. but hey! It’s A LOT healthier
