how do i stick to the raw food diet the temptations always get to me?
I cant seem to do it!! What is a good thing to eat that will help me or a good book to read that helps or somthing words of wncouragment

Raw food as a diet is a fallacy. It operates on the principle that when you cook you destroy nutrients, but the process of fast cooking known as flash boiling has no significant effect on the nutrients, food still keeps its colour, and most importantly, it doesn’t take ages to eat. Raw food companies often talk about enzymes in food that don’t like any heat. Well, guess what else enzymes don’t like? They don’t like stomach acid. You cannot use enzymes you take orally, so that theory is false, just a bunch of propaganda. This is why some medicines can’t be taken orally, they need to be injected into the blood. Flash boiling means no crunch crunch crunch crunching! Veg will be aldente. They have some crunch, but are much easier to eat and they don’t taste so bitter.
Flash boiling: boiling water, add the washed veg cut small and boil for 5mins max, then take out the water and eat whenever. You can use the water to cook other stuff, making it more flavoursome so can create a tasty healthy stock with no salt. The water is fine for me, but you can heat some chicken/meat in there for a few mins to add more flavour, or just cooking potatoes/pasta will add great body to the liquid when you take the potatoes/pasta out the water.
Hopefully you didn’t buy all the detox and raw food stuff like I did, it’s totally unnecessary.
You’re not suppose to eat food raw unless you’re talking about fruits and such. If you go crazy make sure you make it up by getting some exercise later on or before hand. Plus we’re all human and foods tastes good so a few slip ups and caring that you messed up is better than eating bad foods nonstop and not giving a crap about your health.
Most people have a really tough time going completely raw and staying that way. I think one of the best things recommended is to try to go about 80% raw, and then move slowly towards 100%. One way to do this would be to eat raw all day, and then have some cooked food as part of your dinner. This way you will have the benefits of all the energy etc, but still be able to enjoy a few "temptations".

Becauset isn’t cooked your getting enzymes to help digest better && that means your getting everything that the plant has to offer!

Also, you don’t have to spend extra money on enzymes or probiotics!!! YAY!
And you will look an dfeel great every time you eat!!
