How little can you eat to have your body eat your muscles for energy?
im 16 5,7 125pounds and i can bench 140. i workout everyday run evry other day and lift evry other day. i normaly eat between 1700-1850 calories. sometimes up to 2200 and sometimes down to 1500. do i get enough food ? my meals i mostly as much protein as i can get and low calories. there hardly ever any candy or sweets in it to.

For a 16 year old your calorie intake is somewhat low, especially as you are borderline underweight. Perhaps you should try to gain some weight.
Even with your limited calorie intake it is unlikely that your body will eat your muscles for energy as you are not actually starving yourself and you are not anorexic.
