im 16 5,7 125pounds and i can bench 140. i workout everyday run evry other day and lift evry other day. i normaly eat between 1700-1850 calories. sometimes up to 2200 and sometimes down to 1500. do i get enough food ? my meals i mostly as much protein as i can get and low calories. there hardly ever any candy or sweets in it to.
