how much weight can u lose on the raw food diet in a month?

I experimented with that and lost 15 lbs in a little over a month…which I really didn’t need to lose. I went back to being plain vegan and enjoying my curly fries and Soy Delicious. If you’re actually overweight you could probably lose more than that. I’m 5’7 and 130 fully dressed with shoes on.

My hubby lost a hundred pounds in 90 days. He was on raw, juiced foods only.
Weight loss varies per person based on several different factors.
I am doing RAW VEGAN for the summer.
Lost 6lbs. 1st .week & 2 each week after so far 22lbs. With plans to go another 32 lbs.
Typical day’s meals~
BK: Fresh made Juice usual 1 with a carrot base
sk: Green Smoothie
LU: Salad with lots of fresh veggies, maybe even raw nuts
sk: Apple slices dipped in Raw Cashew butter
DN: Huge fresh salad lots of veggies, maybe dried fruit & raw nuts. Sometimes raw soup.
sk: LaraBar my fav is Cashew cookie or a Jocolat Bar fav Chocolate Coffee
Anytime I feel hungry I’ll do more fresh juice, even another smoothie & also plenty of water.
Feel fab, lots of energy, sleeping like a baby.
Eating a partially raw diet when I was 15 or so I went from 224 to 178 with a little bit of exercise included weekly in about 10 weeks in the summer. So that was..46 lbs in 2 1/2 months. Total transformation really.. =)
i’ve been on it for nearly 3 months and have lost less than ten pounds. i have no idea why i seem to lose less than everyone else on this diet. i really want to lose weight but the health benefits outweigh the fact that i’m still a fatty.
