		<description>I would think about 5 pounds would be great to lose in a week. I know people says it is not good but I think it would be fine if you are not doing it all the time. Only do it for like 2 weeks and don&#039;t do it anymore. Let me know if it works for you if you do it sounds great! Good Luck!</description>

Any more than this and you&#039;re in starvation mode, your metabolism will slow and when you eventually binge, as we all do, you&#039;ll put on far more weight than you lost...and quickly.
