"Superfoods are the opposite of junk food–every mouthful is good for you."

I saw this video post while doing research on the web about superfood. I thought it was a pretty good presentation, and the fact it was on the Disney Channel was also of note. The only thing I take issue with is the idea that cooked food is somehow better.

It does seem like maybe foodies and the superfoods are becoming a little more acceptable. It really is a great way to live and you actually start looking forward to eating right. I must admit that you still have to watch how much you eat. Too much of a good thing can still add some unwanted pounds, and you also need to excercise a little (something like walking or swimming is good). Next up will be a series of posts on Shazzie. If you have not seen some of these Youtube videos, they too are insightful, and Shazzie is pretty outspoken when it comes to the powers that supefoods possess. Here is the first.
