i have been eating on the raw food diet and i was wondering?
i have been eating on the raw food diet and i was wondering if i put brown rice in a bowl with cold/room temp water and the rice becomes soft …. is it still raw?

Yes, it’s still raw. The thing is that rice is dried before it’s transported. Ideally, with the raw food diet, you would be eating freshly harvested rice. That’s probably not going to happen though. It still fits if you put it in with room temp water, so don’t worry.
