I heard that being on the raw food diet gives you more energy but how come i am more tired with less energy?
I’ve been on it for 5 days now. Also i end up eating a lot more food at night, i sthat bad or does it not matter?

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE RAW FOOD DIET
Your body needs protien, real protien, soy protien doesn’t work, your body also needs fat, which those diets have virtually none of. If you work out, this diet will do nothing but starve your muscles, If you don’t this diet just kills your energy. Stay away from it.
Humans (civilized, not cannabals) are not immune to raw meat. Yes, it does provide energy, but also eats away some. a way to gain energy is to eat normal food and get lots of sleep.

Don’t worry about the tiredness. Virtually everyone who starts the raw food diet feels tired at the beginning. Your body is detoxing and needs rest right now. It is also adapting. You are going through a huge change. I don’t know what age you are but think that for your entire life you have eaten mostly cooked food, now you are flipping things over completely.
Don’t worry, and don’t force yourself to overwork. Rest as much as possible.
Also, my advice would be to not stress over how much you eat right now. It will take awhile for your diet to balance out and changing your diet so drastically is difficult enough without having to worry about quantity.
You might try adding some superfoods to your diet.
For example sprouts.
