If on a 100% raw food diet, will I lose weight without exercise?
I am currently on a raw food diet, not so much as a diet as I want to make this as a lifestyle. So if Im on a 100% raw food diet, and I do not exercise at all, will I lose weight? And how much do you think I will lose p/w?

Not necessarily. It’s entirely dependent on how may calories you’re eating in a day. Generally, if you’re on a restrictive diet like a raw food diet, you’ll probably eat fewer calories overall, which will cause you to lose some weight.

Well on a raw food diet, you will feel alot alert, and healthier, make sure you take vitamin tablets too and drink plenty of water, its always good to exercise because you need to exercise no matter what but I seen on a mag, when you be on a raw food diet, you can lose 10lbs a month, 4 more pounds and thats a stone so thats great! and this fact was from an LA diet secret :) Good luck ! x
Ok one way to loose weight, and for it to be a healthy weight losss. All you have to do is have a vegie and a fruit with every meal. In the mornings have like oatmeal and a banana. But for every other meal make sure you have a veggie. Also once a day take multi vitamin pills. But the most important thing is drink a whole glass of water before you eat.
If you wanna loose it fast cut your alcohal drinking in half.

I have known people who have lost weight without exercise while on 100% raw but depending on your body type it might be harder, but it can be as easy as running a couple miles every day, it also depends on your body type how much weight you will lose, if your taller and leaner it will be easier if you have more of a stout figure it will definitely be harder.
