I have started on a quest to shed some pounds and get healthier recently. In order to do this I have been counting calories (1,450 per day) and jogging two miles every morning (I’m planning on increasing my distance/pace as time goes on).
My problem is that, in spite of eating 5-6 small meals a day and drinking 2 litres of water, I always seem to be hungry. I’m assuming that this is just my body adapting to my change in eating habits (I’ve always stuck with healthy foods (i.e. no fast food/fried foods/sugary foods), but now I am eating much smaller portions).
So my question is: Would hoodia gordonii be worth investigating until my body adapts to my new lifestyle?
I have done my research and am eating the proper amount of calories for my lifestyle.
