Is there a list of food or meals that will help me eat and lose fat and get energy?
looking for a food expert to list me foods and amounts/time to eat or not to eat . Need to boost energy and lose fat. will add this to a work out. Thanks for your help !

drink green tea at least four cups a day, cut out any thing made of flour such as cookies, pastries, and anything that is high in carbs and sugar. Drink a lot of water take half your weight and that number is the amount of ounces you should drink at least daily (i try to drink a gallon a day). Eat plenty of protein and vegetables no juice since its high in sugar, boiled eggs are good and healthier than frying them.
calories in vs. calories out. you need to burn or cut out 3500 calories to loose one lb. so if you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal eating habbits and run enough to burn 150 calories then in a week youll loose a pound bla bla bla just remember you need to loose 3500 calories to loose one lb. but with your cardio, try interval training.
morning- 1 egg and toast (should be ur largest meal of the day) u can add some sort of juice or milk w/ that, eat 5 almonds too
afternoon- 1st a salad that makes u a lil full b4 ur meal. then fish, chicken, or turkey (lean meats)
dinner- should be ur lightest meal. so whatever u feel like eating except any pork ( pork has very high fat content).
snack- go for reduces fat milk or yogurt (helps decrease belly fat).
a couple hrs. b4 ur workout take omega 3 fatty acid tablets (fish oil) they increase ur metabolism to help u lose weight
also drink a couple of cups of some sort of tea (green tea, oolong tea) these teas r high in antioxidants that also help increase ur metabolism. don’t drink too much if u have a sensitive stomach
anything high in antioxidants is good for u. acai berries r the best source, so r pomegranates or any type or berry.
