Somewhat. Steer clear of soda. Take it out of your diet, it’s horrible for you. Buy some snack bars for breakfast, and strive for protein, veggies, fruit and whole grain throughout the day. Avoid nachos and other junk food, it will only make you feel tired due to the lack of nutrients. The veggie burger and the v8 i like. Keep those.
Breakfast:
As long as you had a healthy dinner the night before (not fast food or something), then the breakfast sounds good!
To have lasting energy throughout the day, eat more carbs for breakfast (like if you had pasta the night before).
Lunch:
Again, sounds good!
Be sure to get a lot of variety as far as veggies, to obtain all the different vitamins you need.
What I’m saying is don’t eat carrots day, after day, after day, after day.
Perhaps add some fruit (somewhere, but lunch sounds like a good place) to get a larger variety of foods.
Snack:
Well, Nacho Cheese dip isn’t good for every day.
The fake cheese and chips are going to make you feel sluggish and groggy later on.
This is a good spot for that fruit!
Try an apple/orange/handful of blueberries!
Or, (I know you said you don’t eat them) you could TRY a handful of nuts.
Dinner:
Sounds lovely!
If you are not really full with just that, try adding a salad (spinach has tons of iron)!
Now about the soda:
The soda is not a good aspect, in a vegetarian, vegan, or omnivorous diet.
The average can of soda has 150.
But they are empty calories!
No nutrients to account for those calories.
Plus, it has a lot of sugar, which causes you to crash later.
