Is this an ok meal plan?
Breakfast-
instant hot cereal
banana
1% milk
Lunch-
lean turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread
apple/ or veggie
small bag of chips
water
snack-
yogurt and nuts
Dinner-
salad w/ chicken breast
fruit
water
Dessert – (Occasionally): 2 scoops lowfat ice cream

I would take the small bag of chips out of your lunch.
And as for breakfast, try a cereal like Raisin Bran or Special K. It’s much healthier.
And I would only have the dessert once or twice a week.
The rest sounds fine.
Remember to drink lots of water.
And exercise!
yes but you shouldnt just eat that everydayy.. you have to change it up it healthier to eat different things just eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
Pretty good, but if you only do chips with lunch 1x a week, and cut the bread out of the sandwich 1-3x a week, then you can have more turkey. Also, you are not eating nearly enough vegetables! You need to add mroe!
