ok, ive been eating right and excercising, why dont i have any energy???
omg, i am sooo tired. ive been eating healthy foods and excersing 3-4 times a week for about a month now. im eating between 1200-1500 calories a day. so far i’ve lost about 10 pounds, i have about 20 more to lose. i always here ppl say how great they feel and how much energy they have when they start taking better care of themselves, but lately ive been so tired. i mean reeaallly tired, like to the point where some days its hard to function! could i be doing something wrong??
yes i get about 8-9 hours a night of sleep.
and yes i think i do eat enough, an average healthy woman is supposed to eat about 1800 a day so i have to eat less than that in order to lose weight
i walk, or do a 30 min workout video, and also crunches and lunges and stuff like that

You have to work up an endurance. If your overweight then you gonna lose energy fast & until you reach your ideal weight it may be hard but you’ll build an endurance. Things will get easier and easier. Make sure your hydrated & eating varieties of food. Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Meats, & Dairy. That will also help giving you more energy. You could try eating a few a more calories a day also to boost some energy. Have some cholestoral to fuel you also. Make sure your sleeping 8- 10 hours a night.
Are you getting enough sleep? You also might be exercising too hard. How long do you exercise for, and what types of exercise do you do?
you may not be eating enough
coz u use up the energy you stored through exercising… eat bananas, they’re calorie packed
you need b12. And potassium.
I learned in my wellness class that carbs provide most of the body energy.
You could be low on iron or B complex. Be sure to take a multivitamin.
It would be a good idea to see a physician and get some blood work done. You could be anemic, have low blood sugar..there are several things that can cause the fatigue. See a doctor, that’s your best bet.
I have never heard of a good diet and exercise program causing chronic fatigue. My best guess is that your fatigue is unrelated to your diet/exercise routine. Sugar crashes can cause this but I assume your diet does not consist of regular soda and candy bars. Consider other possible reasons: changes in sleep habits, illness of some kind (mono comes to mind). Good luck and most importantly- KEEP UP THE DIET AND EXERCISE! Good for you!
Are you taking vitamins? Did your doctor put you on this diet?I just feel like maybe you are not sleeping enough. Maybe you need a short nap in the afternoon.
