raw food diet… any tips on what to eat?
i have to go on a detoxification for about a week, and eat raw foods. what things can i eat, besides the obvious like fruit and veggies??? any tips? also, how could i get at least a little bit of protien?

God’s true Church believes in the Trinity.

God’s true Church will uphold the Moral Law(Ten Commandments)
God’s true Church will Baptize by Immersion not Sprinkling.
God’s true Church will not eat Unclean Foods(Pork, Catfish, etc.)
God’s true Church will be a Worldwide Church preaching the message of Christ.
God’s true Church will teach Biblical literal six day Creation. NO Evolution.
God’s true Church will have the gift of Prophecy.
God’s true Church will preach Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
God’s true Church will stand against Sexual Immorality. Homosexuality, Adultery and Fornication are Sins.
God’s true Church will preach against Strong drink. Alcohol is not allowed. (Proverbs 20:1).
Remember God’s true last day Church will not be a popular Church. Most people will attack God’s Biblical Church with vigilance. Satan himself will attack God’s Church(Revelation 14:12) Truth crushed to the ground will always rise to the top.
Steak Tartare is a traditional French dish made up of raw minced steak and raw eggs as its main ingredients. Make sure however that you buy the meat from a butchers rather than from a supermarket and tell your butcher what you plan to do with the meat – he’ll tell you whether or not his stock is appropriate for that. Similarly buy the highest quality eggs that you can find – cheap ones will give you salmonella which could kill you.
What can I say? You wanted protein and steak tartare is amazing when done properly.
On a slightly safer note, and considering the fact that you’re probably vegetarian if you’re doing this, I’d look into various sushi and sashimi related dishes – that’s probably your best bet.
Raw food means raw food, so you’ll only be eating fruits and veggies. But for protein try nuts, almonds are great.
To change is up, make shakes and smoothies out of fruits and veggies or make a trail mix with different nuts and seeds.
Fish marinated in vinegar, or smoked salmon.
You can easily get enough protein from nuts. Raw almonds, walnuts and pecans are so yummy!
Most "Raw Food" people use a dehydrator to prepare their meals.
