raw food diet books?
So I was asking around and decided raw food diets were better. Does anyone know where I can find a book on the prey model diet or any other raw food diet? Please no books on BARF. I think BARF is stupid and rather not use that method.

http://www.VegWeb.com has a lot of links related to all things vegetarian… there might be some raw foods links that could have some highly recommended books there.
Also, do searches related to macrobiotics, which I believe strongly focuses on consuming food in its purest form (which means, not cooked). You might get some leads that way as well.

I have really been educated on raw food diets for dogs and cats just by surfing the internet. I can’t find any books but there is this website I found that is awsome! I haven’t even finished looking at it all yet but if you scroll down there is list of websites with raw food recipes and much more. I have been feeding my dog home cooked food but the raw food diet seems much easier and healthier.

I feed mine the raw diet and would not feed mine anything else. I have been feeding innova as a supplement when my kids have to feed my dogs(maybe once a month) but they ordinarily only get the raw diet.

BARF? What is BARF? Other than another word for vomit. :) I am currently eating raw food and I would recommend these books: "12 Steps to Ending Your Addiction to Cooked Food" by Victoria Boutenko and "The Sunfood Diet Success System" by David Wolfe.
