Banana, yogurt, milk, apple…… I would go with foods like that so you don’t upset your stomach. Maybe even a cheese sandwich. Don’t eat anything "heavy".

- I’m also in high school and captain of my schools soccer team. My coach informed me that it’s best to eat like pasta, noddles, etc.. but you just don’t have time. So if your at McDonald’s eat light but enough because you don’t want to play on a heavy stomach or become hungry. So when I go with a couple of teammates we drink POWERade/Fruitopia and eat the Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken with Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. You might need something sweet also (not to much just enough to evenly go through your blood stream and not cause a sugar rush) so try the Fruit ‘n Yogurt Parfait (7 oz) without granola pieces. This gives you 560 calories and a great balanced meal before a game.
- If your a female why does it say KING>??????
Anywase, try some chicken nuggets. There the best and there healthy
- I would eat a grilled chicken salad with light dressing.. With energizing orange juice or hearty 1% milk.. do not get the fries, greasy and will slow you down. Maybe a fresh fruit yogurt parfait as well!
- Don’t eat before playing soccer, or else you could throw up on your teammates.
- grilled chicken sandwich or wrap, no dressing, milk and apple slices

- Veggie Meals At Disney (FL)?
Even the walk up stands have veggie meals/snacks. WDW is very veg friendly. Go, have fun, don’t stress. Visit Tripadvisor.com, go to the Orlando forum for more info and great ideas. It is a free site. have fun. - Veggie Meals At Disney (FL)?
If you make reservations for your sit down meals ( which is highly recommended) then just call up the restaurant and request a veg meal. They are more than happy to take dietary requests. My daughter normally doesn’t eat meat much. We didn’t have a problem when we were in disney.
allears.net has all disney menus-so you can read what is at each restaurant. - Veggie Meals At Disney (FL)?
Every Disney restaurant will accommodate your needs. Most have vegetarian meals on their menus, even the quick-service ones. Go to Disney Dining on their website to see some sample menus. - Veggie Meals At Disney (FL)?
You are very lucky. Since WDW attracts visitors from all over the world, vegetarian options are available at most restaurants. - Veggie Meals At Disney (FL)?

Dont be F-ing stupid and eat fast food of all things. I dont understand why you cant cook something the night before and stash it somewhere. Dont eat anything if fast food is the only option. Unless its a salad with some grilled chicken w/ low calorie dressing. But dont get a burger or any crap like that.
