It will tell you all about introducing the dog to a raw diet, what is good and not good to do.
Dogs need their veggies like we do. Broccoli, carrots etc.
I would just suggest sticking to a good dog food.
they have dog foods out now that actually have meat and veggies in them. i suggest trying that. its supposed to be good for the dogs. good luck
A couple of days ago on Oprah, she had a vet on that gave the "recipe" of what is best for dogs, home cooked recipe. Give that a try:

.yes. look up Primal pet foods.
.good raw diet.
.the only thing you have to watch with this is.. if your dog isnt much of a runner type.. he/she might get fat faster.
.so make sure he/she gets enough exercise..if not. try to give her a cutlet in the morning and dry at night..this will balance out the weight.

Good luck to both you and your pet.
I feed a raw prey model diet. It is super easy, the dogs love it, and they are REALLY healthy. It is 80% meat, 10% edible bone, and 10% organ meat. No veggies, fruits or supplements needed. I personally still supplement with Omega 3′s, but that is it. I just hand them some raw chicken, pork, beef, emu, etc., and they eat it up.
