RAW FOOD DIET HELP ACNE?
i have read and been told that a raw food diet would help clear acne and improve skin conditions. i am always doubtful of diet plans. has anybody personally followed a raw diet and noticed a change in their skin?

Alot of people seem to believe that ‘Chocolate gives you pimples’, Its not actually the chocolate they say is the problem but the sugar in the chocolate. People who go on raw foods diets tend to lose alot of their acne quite rapidly but not completely, as everyone knows that the increase of hormones during puberty is the cause of pimples/acne. Raw foods diets however have been known to cure alot of other illnesses.
I’m a nurse and eat a 100% raw food diet. i cured myself of breast cancer and a long list of illnesses in 1999. i have perfect clear skin. Yes a raw food diet or eating predominately raw foods will clear your acne and other skin problems. Hormones are only one POSSIBLE cause of acne as it has not been proven and is only one of many theories at this point. Acne may be caused by toxins thrown off by the liver, this is what i think causing, zits, pimples, acne, etc. Cooked food has no nutrients to speak of left in it so is discarded by the liver through the skin– our largest organ, kidneys, by sweating. lungs, etc. When people with acne start eating a raw food diet or raw vegan diet of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, they notice their acne start to heal faster and few if any new outbreaks or pimples appear. The raw food diet isn’t a diet plan like the ones you have to sign up for. You just do it yourself by adding a lot more raw foods to your current diet and try to eliminate whatever you can that is not raw. Nurse Kindheart
