Raw food diet plan for teens?
I’m 15 and i weigh 189lbs. I give up on finding a easy way to lose weight…I walk a mile everyday and i need a raw food diet plan can anyone help me with it?

i used to have an eating disorder and it is not fun. what i would do is i would portion my food better with healthier foods and exercise often. just be careful and don’t go to far.

Raw isn’t always good. Better to eat steamed vegetables with your choice of seasoning. Home made vegetable soup is also excellent for you. Just stay away from anything made with white flour (pasta, bagels, pretzels, breads). No processed fruit juices either.
Splenda is great for lemonade & Kool-Aid. You can buy sugar free candy. Lite Cool Whip is also an acceptable treat.
You know for a fact that you can walk more than 1 mile each day. Make sure you have some upbeat music to listen to while you walk.
