raw vegan foodist people please help me!!?
I have spent countless hours researching raw foodism and I have yet to find a meal plan that provides enough calories/nutrition for someone with an active lifestyle for 1 day. If you have any links or a meal plan you could give me I would be EXTREMELY grateful. Thank you!!

* Breakfast – Fruit smoothie or green smoothie, containing four or five cups fresh fruit and green vegetables, ice, and two to three cups water.
* Snack – Raw nuts, fresh fruit such as oranges, apples, or pears
* Lunch – Large salad based on green leafy veggies, including three celery stalks, two large tomatoes, any color bell pepper, and avocados, sprinkled with sunflower seeds. Salad dressing can be a drizzle of cold-pressed olive oil and/or freshly squeezed orange juice.
* Snack – Four cups berries, or pineapple, or three peaches
* Dinner – Spinach salad, with baby spinach leaves, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, and orange segments. Freshly made vegetable juice containing mostly green veggies.
* Dessert or Evening Snack – Ten raw pecans or walnuts, banana
* Beverages – As much water as you’d like, freshly squeezed fruit juices, freshly made vegetable juices
OR
Breakfast
Fresh fruit, coconut water, flax meal (banana, apple, flax seed, almond milk and cinnamon) topped with germinated nuts.
Lunch
Smoothie made of super foods, spinach and herbal tea, wheatgrass, home-made sunflower seed cheese or pate on cucumber, coleslaw with avocado.
Dinner
Avocado/carrot soup, tai lettuce wraps, green juice .
Drinks
Pure water, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, almond milk.

The guy who runs it is called Harley and he is an extreme sportsman – so very active. He thinks nothing of going on 300 mile bike rides for the fun of it and often wins endurance races.
He is a 100% committed raw vegan and has been for many years now.

GO TO youtube and look up "Durianriders" he is a raw vegan who is VERY active he rides 100s of miles on his bike. he makes many videos about what he eats
