super nintendo game I forgot the name!?

trying to figure out what game this is. You were a boy with blonde hair and you fought pirates and on the front cover he’s screaming with his hair spiked up. There was ghost pirates and for health there was food on the ground. Everything was like ghosts. You could walk with a girl as well. On the front I think it like green goo and a blonde hair kid! Ha I am trying to figure it out played it when I was real young!
its a newer super nintendo game so it had decent graphics. There is green goo on the from with boy with yellow hair yelling. you fought ghost pirates, you went on ships , there were graveyards
