I have changed my diet & feel so much better. I went from a junk food diet for many years to a better diet to now eating small healthy meals throughout the day…Now I want more energy but no in a hyper way. I really want stable energy. I want to make commintment to do things that will require me to be mentally at my best. I want energy, clarity. Do you purposely do anything so you will be more alert?
