Morning-A bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios or Special K with fat free milk. Glass of water and Vitamin.

Lunch-A Salad with light or no dressing or half a ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread. A snack baggy of something and/ or a cup of yogurt and a piece of fruit/veggie. Water.

After School- Something with protein (e.g. left over lean meat, nuts) Glass of water or milk. Piece of fruit/veggie.

Dinner-Meal and a glass of water, milk or juice.

WEEK 1
Sunday-20 minutes of jogging; Gym Ball Video
Monday-25 push-ups; 100 crunches; 10 pull-ups; 30 minutes of weight training
Tuesday-100 Jumping jacks; 25 lunges; 10 minutes of jump rope
Wednesday-25 push-ups; 100 crunches; 20 minutes of jogging
Thursday-100 Jumping jacks; 25 lunges; 10 minutes of jump rope
Friday-25 push-ups; 100 crunches; 10 pull-ups; 30 minutes of weight training
Saturday-20 minutes of jogging

I would switch Gym Ball video with pilates every week, it would be light weight training. id eat healthy.
i want to gain muscle mass and tone up. Nothing to drastic, ill be doing everything at home!

Purchase Fat Burning Diet

The beginning of May I started my life change! I’ve started working out and eating better! As of now i’ve lost 5 pounds. Which i’m happy about. I want to know how i’m doing and if you think i should add or subtract anything.

My meal plan:
Breakfast- Two egg white scrambled, on a whole wheat english muffin. 4 fresh strawberries. 8 oz skim milk.

Lunch- One Campbell Healthy Select light soup, either italian veg or pasta veg. One whole can is about 100 cal.

Dinner- Usually a large salad with light italian dressing. Lean meat, usually chicken (not a fish fan) or a small cut of beef. And a steamed veggie with lemon.

I drink more than enough water during the course of the day. Probably 10- 8oz glasses.

Exercise:
I recently bought Wii Ea Active and i’m doing the 30 day challenge. So i do that as i’m supposed to. I also workout at the gym 4-5 times a week. Usually starting with a 10 minute warm up walk on the treadmill. Then 25 minutes on elliptical level 5. Usually at the gym i burn up to 350 calories. I cant run due to shin splints, or else i would add that.

I’m 5’5" and weighed 162, now 157.
I’m not exactly "fat" but i definatly have hips. I’m trying to get to 135. Oh and i’m 24

I’m trying really hard to lose weight. I’m not "fat" just a little heavy. I’m 5’4" 153 pounds 24 years old. 3 months ago I weighed in at 163, so i’ve lost 10 pounds so far. I eat around 1100-1300 calories per day.
A typical meal daily meal plan looks like:
Breakfast: scrambled egg whites with low fat cheese on a whole wheat english muffin with salsa. I usually have an 8 oz glass of skim milk also. 274 calories
Lunch: slimfast meal shake and a applesauce. 270 calories
Dinner: usually consists of a fresh veggie either grilled or steamed. a salad with light vinaigrette and a lean meat, usually chicken breast sometimes steak.

Workout: (1) 20 minutes 15% incline 3.2 speed, usually burn 210 calories. 20 minutes elliptical, usually burn 200 calories.
(2) Interval running. Walk for 5 minutes, then run for 1 minute, walk for 1 1/2 minutes, keep going until 25 minutes, walk last 5 minutes,u sually burn 220 calories. Then I use the weight machines for about 20 minutes.

I try to switch up the workouts everyother day. And I usually workout 3-4 days a week, sometimes as much as 5.

I want to know how i’m doing! And how soon until you think i’ll reach the 130 mark that i’m aiming for!

im 14 yr old girl and i have put on a couple of pounds this winter because there has been no snow and theres really nothing to do outside. I cant go skiing or tobogonning and the ponds are not solid enough to skate on. Im not old enough for a gym membership and i havn’t take gym this semester in school so its hard for me to get excercise. Im not fat but im not fit so i don’t have any muscle.

Morning: bowl of Multigrain cheerios or oatmeal with a glass of orange juice and a peice of fruit.

Lunch: Half a water bottle, fruit, with whole grain veggie wrap or whole grain crackers.

afterschool snack: Veggies with water, or a granola bar with water.

Dinner: Salad, with a lean meat. or vegetable soup with whole grain bread (something along those lines, basically veggies, with some type of meat or grain product, and milk).

i plan to start walking home from school as often as i can because i live an hour away so its quite a workout. Also, i plan to start taking the stairs when i go up to my apartment building instead of the elevator and i live 8 floors up so i would be doing this about twice a day. Obviously in the summer i would get alot more excercise, i would be biking, swimming, running and hiking.

is this a fitness plan? too little or too many calories? I plan to cut out all refined sugars cuuz right now ive been eating alot of sweets.

im also Not eating any breads, rice, beans, dairy, or processed foods.
i only eat fruits and veggies, and a small portion of lean meat for dinner
i do exercise too.
