This question is being asked out of curiosity, I am not going to live off chocolate or do anything as drastic as that. But, I have a friend at school who is slightly shorter than me, shes 5"7 and she weighs 99-105lb naturally. She didn’t used to eat (used to live off liquids), but now shes starting to add foods back into her diet again. She never exercises, and i’m assuming she consumes more than 2000 calories per day. Shes constantly drinking a full fat 600 calorie milkshake, or eating melted ice cream and coffee. Why is she this skinny, if she has a high calorie diet? Is it the source of food her calories come from that matters?
Me on the other hand, I am heavier. My naturally weight is around 9stone (when I was 5"6), but since this weight I have lost. I now weigh 109lb – I’m 5"8. To maintain this weight, I literally cannot eat over 1400 calories, or I will GAIN. I’m 13 years old.
Usually the heavier the person, the better their BMR, why is my friend thinner than me then? She has practically NO FAT, but I have a lot. We wear the same size clothes, but my build is different – I have wide hips and broad shoulders.
Please help, I just want to know!

Purchase Fat Burning Diet

I am looking to do a detox diet plan. I was hoping someone has done it and or knows what kinds of liquids to consume. Any help would be great.
