Thanks u guys.

Purchase Fat Burning Diet

I usually take a microwave meal, like a Smart One or Lean Cuisine. I’m going on a raw food diet, so what fruits and vegetables should I take? Also, how can I keep them cold?
hahaha after that comment about 8-9 bananas, "bananas are 200 calories, btw"
I’m already a vegetarian! I wouldn’t just jump from carnivore to raw foodist. I’m not an idiot.

So, I’ve been feeding raw food to my cats lately. 2 of them absolutely love it and the other 3 just smell it and walk away. Is there anything that I can add to it to make it smell more appetizing to them?

I buy the food frozen from a very reliable store near my home. I want to get them used to the raw diet before I start making it myself.

Thanks
Ocimom- I do let it thaw out and make sure that it is completely defrosted before I give it to them. I also stick it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to take the chill out of it!
Natalie, I know what needs to be in the raw food.. thanks though.

I have a refigerator a stove(no oven) and a microwave. I have no idea what i should get at the grocery store for healthy balanced meals. I’ve been told I need more fiber and Omega 3. I am tired of fast food and my body is paying for having too much of it. Any help, a list, meals, anything will help. Thanks………

I read that reducing your carb intake helps so I decided to give it a try. I have a microwave and frig. What are some tips or foods that are easy to cook?

I started my dog on the raw food diet, since I live in a very small town, I don’t have to many choices on where to get the meat. Anyways, I’m hoping that if I stock up on meat on sale, and keep it in the freezer, would all the nutrients/vitamins still be in the meat when I defrost it?(Not in the microwave, I mean naturally) And how long does meat usually last in the freezer?

I’m not much of a meat eater, so i don’t know too much about meat.

Thanks for your help!

I was all excited about trying the raw food diet with my dog. She is so finiky with all food I though the raw food was a perfect option. Well…just to see what happens I tried some raw hamburger meat…plus she is taking meds an this is a perfect way to give it to her. Well, to make a long story short, she didn’t like raw meat. I was shocked. If I warm the meat a little in the microwave, she eats it…raw she turns her head.

Is this strange. Do you think this will mean she won’t like the raw food diets?

Having such a hard time with her food. She WON’T touch kibble. I don’t want to resort to that crappy cheap food.

Any other ideas?
