ok im looking to start a raw food diet (i bought the book the raw food detox diet by natalie rose) i do NOT want to go 100% raw, the book says there are those of u raw foodists that only go 80% (maybe someday ill go 100 but not right now) my questions are- i love hot peppers yet they are actually a fruit…however in most cuisines they are used like a vegetable..so im confused as to when i can eat them on my 80%raw diet..meaning i eat cooked food still around suppertime and in the past i always enjoyed eating raw hot peppers with my spaghetti IS THIS OK (by the 80% raw food diet) i cannot stress enough the fact that i am not talking about a 100% raw food diet. so can i use hot peppers as a veggie? is it neutral?? i don’t want to say good bye to my hot sauces and hot peppers!!! other question i always have bought whole wheat and multigrain pastas but there are so many diff ingredients in different brand names…ugh what ingredients should be no no’s to a raw food diet (not just pasta labels) looking forward to your answers :) .

Purchase Fat Burning Diet

I’ve heard of raw vegans or raw foodists, and would like someone to explain this lifestyle.

I’m just wondering if there are any raw foodists who would be filling to explain a little about their diet. We were discussing an article on raw foodism in class the other day and I was just wondering if there was anyone who could kind of explain their eating habits, how/where they get all of their dietary needs, what (if any) difficulties they encounter (have encountered). I’ve never really heard of this until recently and I’m just intrigued.
Thanks!
