what should I eat but still get enough energy for the whole day and not use the restroom?

Am going to be camping in the desert for 1 week and I don’t want to use the restroom over there, what are some stuff I can eat or do to get energy for the day but not use the restroom?

I dont mean to be gross and such, but i am thinking of starting the raw food diet. BUt I am a litttle scared because I dont work an avarage office job with a bathroom. I work on scean outdoors with no restroom for hours.
