I don’t like cooking or doing dishes much. For the last six months, I am on a mostly-fruit diet. I eat fruits for breakfast, and snacks. I have a big smoothie of fruits for lunch. But at night time I crave cooked food, and have regular food. Can anyone give me tips on some simple raw vegan recipes for night time, that doesn’t require elaborate recipes.
Any good salad or wraps thats easy to make and filling (and tasty)? Also I am considering buying a juice extractor, they seem pretty expensive, but am spending well over 0 at jamba juice every month, so may be a worthy investment? any thoughts on that?
Thanks for all answers in advance!
Thanks for all the great answers and information guys…keep them coming!

My cat (about six months old) is on a raw food diet called "The Ultimate Diet" from a book I read titled such.
Anyway, it’s going well except my cat won’t eat the raw chicken bone after eating all the meat off of it. He simple thinks it’s just there to hold the meat. Ive tried to get softer bones such as the chicken necks but I can’t buy them anywhere. Because of this, I’ve been feeding him his dry food along with the raw diet so I can be sure he’s also getting the calcium he needs.
How can I get him to eat the bone, or what other bones can I get him that he may be more likely to eat?
Also, I know I can grind up the bone and add it to the meal, but I haven no way of grinding it…no butchers are in my area…
Thanks! :)
They are supposed to eat RAW bones, cooked bones are bad because they are splintery and could make them choke, but raw bones are necessary for calcium.
For years my staple diet was wheat pitas, rice & very spicy veg/non-veg dishes (typical indian/pakistani foods). Over last six months, I started eating mostly raw fruits & vegetables. While overall effect on health was good, but I started having this persistent toothache. I showed many dentists but after scores of x-rays they could not find anything wrong.
Now, a few days ago, I was at a party & I had to eat traditional Indian/Pakistani food, and lo & behold toothache disappeared. Now I have added wheat Pita etc back into my diet and toothache doesnt bother me any more.
Just wanted to share my experience, & see if my mosty fruit diet was lacking in something. Should I take any supplements along with it.?
So, are u guys saying, cooked vegetables are better than raw ones for teeth? I do drink lots of milk.
To Jen:
But my digestion became super-excellent when I started raw fruits & veggies. All my body functions become much better, except this stupid toothache.
