I would be very interested in any recipes, websites, and lists of sources of protein and how much protein specifically is provided.

Purchase Fat Burning Diet

I’ve heard of some of the weight-loss programs starting you with 3 days of raw food, obviously no meats. What might this look like? What are good alternative sources of protein that are raw or natural, if any?

I want to start a Raw Food Diet to see if I can feel any benefits from it and to test my willpower. Does anyone know any good sources of protein on a raw food diet? Or any good recipe ideas?
