I’m switching over to a raw foods diet, but almost everything I read about raw foods also talks about being vegetarian/vegan. I still plan on eating meat (like sushi and jerky dehydrated at less than 105F). Are there any other raw foodies out there who aren’t vegan/vegetarian? Are there any sites with recipes other than vegan/vegetarian cuisine?
1. Does a raw food diet allow wine?
2. Does a raw food diet allow chocolate (the normal kind)?
3. Does a raw food diet allow (fish) sushi?
4. Does a raw food diet allow rice?
5. Does a raw food diet allow pickles?
6. Does a raw food diet allow soy sauce?
7. Is a raw food diet really better???
I need some ideas for a school project for biology where I bring in some kind of food with either seaweed or seaweed ingredients, etc.
I don’t want anything like sushi, i was thinking something more like food that people would consume on a usual teenage diet. Like cake. Ingredients that are easy to get, because I live in Germany and it’s difficult to get a piece of seaweed over here, it would be better.
Thanks
I’m thinking of starting a raw food diet for a few weeks to see what the health benefits/ weight loss is like. However, I was wondering if the diet is meant to be vegetarian, or if raw fish ie sushi can be eaten. I don’t mind either way, I’d just like to know. Also to anyone who’s done the diet, how did you find it? Did it do everything it said on the packet ie increased energy, better skin weight loss etc? Thanks in advance!
I am really interested in starting this for the health benefits but I seem to be addicted to cooked, and overprocessed food. Does anyone know of any really good books about this with some recipes for me to get started with?
Yes, sushi is my favorite food!!
If not vegan than maybe vegetarian. I would still like to eat some dairy and fish.
i’ve recently gone on this diet, and i know sushi is raw fish, but how an i make a certain one withought maybe the rice?
someone that just don't eat cooked foods. but is okay with eating animal products as long as they are not cooked; like sushi. I'm not talking about raw vegans, which I know about, I'm talking about raw foodist.
