Basically, I want to do the lemonade diet – I think. I have a vague idea of what it involves but I'm unsure about how to make the lemonade. Also can I eat any other foods while I'm on the detox and if so, what are they?
P.S. I appreciate all the comments warning me about how bad fad diets are. But I'm not doing it for weightloss, I'm thin. I've heard that flushing toxins out of your system has other benefits.
